2. Material setting problem

The liquid is generally made of stainless steel electric heating tube, but the material is selected according to the heating liquid. Generally, the main materials are: stainless steel 304, stainless steel 316, stainless steel 2520 (SUS310S), titanium tube, Teflon tube and coated tube. The expiration date and price of each material are different.

3. Water quality problems

Some customers reported that the electric heating tube burst, and one of the reasons for the burst was water quality. (When the liquid heating tube is used in a medium with rapid scale or carbon deposition, there will be more scale or carbon deposition, the surface temperature of the tube cannot be dissipated in time, heat will accumulate, and its internal temperature will be too high, resulting in cracking and bursting.) Customer Friends must communicate with the manufacturer about the water quality of the heating liquid before purchasing, and select materials according to the quality.
